New Patient Letter

Cost for visit:

• Meet-and-Greet Phone Consult (15 minutes): FREE for prospective patients (1 scheduled phone call per person); no medical advice is provided.

• New patient visit (60 minutes): $150

• Follow-up visit (45 minutes): $110

• LENS Neurofeedback session (20 minutes): $50

Payment is collected at time of visit via credit or debit card. I do not accept insurance but can provide you with a special receipt designed for insurance reimbursement. Please talk with your insurance company about out-of-network and telehealth coverage prior to your scheduled appointment. I cannot guarantee partial or full-reimbursement of services. FSA/HSA cards are typically accepted, however, please confirm eligibility before appointment.
