Types of appointments:

• 15-minute meet-and-greet - FREE; these visits are offered to answer general questions via phone for prospective patients. No medical advice is provided.

• New patient appointment (60 minutes) - $225

• Returning patient appointment (30-45 minutes) - $150

Payment is collected at time of visit via credit or debit card. I do not accept insurance but can provide you with a special receipt designed for insurance reimbursement. Please talk with your insurance company about out-of-network and telehealth coverage prior to your scheduled appointment. I cannot guarantee partial or full-reimbursement of services.
